升级方法：

我这里只针对已有ubuntu的用户

打开ubuntu 或 windows terminal，运行命令do-release-upgrade。

to upgrade to the latest non-lts develoment release
set prompt=normal in /etc/update-manager/release-upgrades.

可能会出现上面的报错信息。

打开文件sudo vi /etc/update-manager/release-upgrades

默认设置时prompt=lts，将其改为prompt=normal.，重新执行命令do-release-upgrade

期间会有两次人工参与

checking package manager
reading package lists... done
building dependency tree
reading state information... done
